So I understand the prepaid system is having issues (why are you hiding this fact and not putting it up online so those of us trying to get things accomplished like device transfer, or add data or anything can know when we can access the system again? This might also aliviate the high number of customer service calls that Verizon isn't even responding to they are just hanging up on.
