I wanted to buy a prepaid phone on line and use my existing phone number. This was not a choice on line so I called Verizon. I got the prepaid department and the representative said no problem, he would just migrate my plan from a contract to a prepaid and I could purchase the phone through sales. I was on the phone for 2,5 hours being passed from prepaid to sales back to prepaid and never was able buy the phone. Now I have a prepaid account but still no phone, and I can't get support over the phone. Is there any way to get back to my original contract?
