I've changed phones on my prepaid plan before and it went smoothly and quickly. However, I cannot get my "new" Moto V3c to program OTA or any other way, using *228 or *22898. It was a former Verizon prepaid phone. The automated phone guide is no help The MEID is entered corrctly, all seems fine, but it just won't tranfer. It shows a phone number of 0000000000
Help !

Call the Prepaid Customer Service at 1-888-294-6830 from a different phone, I believe they just need to manually program the device, and all is well!

The customer service number is 1-888-294-6804. It sounds like the phone needs to be programmed manually, which customer service can walk you through.

That's the East Coast number, the West Coast stays open later due to time zones, they're still open at 1am Eastern time on the West coast it's only 10pm.
