I have a monthly plan of 45$ with Verizon prepaid service!!! My auto pay was activated and the amount was withdrawn yesterday for the monthly subscription, I travelled to Beirut Lebanon also yesterday and I thought roaming will work there but nothing is activated, my question now since I didn't use any of my data or calls can I redeem my 45$ back since I'm staying here for 3 months????? And then activate my prepaid when I return to the states!!!! Please advice and how to do it if possible internationally???

You won't get a refund for the month already paid for either. It's quite clear in the prepaid terms and conditions that you won't get any refunds past the 14 day guarantee period: 

"If you signed up for Prepaid Service, no refunds will be granted after 14 days or if your account has been activated."

That seems pretty clear to me.

I can't call internationally from Lebanon to reach Verizon prepaid  that's why I contacted the community

While you cannot get the $45 back that is already paid, you could suspend the account and get a local SIM card for the time being until you return.  Suspend Service FAQs | Verizon Wireless

I did not see a number for Lebanon in this list but here is another number: 

please dial 908-559-4899 from a landline phone, toll charges

will apply.

I already got a local sim, that's why I need to return my money so I can use it, I don't need to suspend my line, so my question why I can't redeem since I didn't use anything and they can check my line, I even got a 1 gb bonus because autopay was on... So I have 2 GB of data not used and my full package!!!!! I just need my money back and I don't know how to communicate with a Verizon representative to redeem????

Prepaid is non-refundable.  And, even on postpaid, the return does not arrive until the bill is due again anyway.

It doesn't look like prepaid service is going to work for you where you are. There are a very few countries it will work in for calling and texting, but data service won't work at all internationally.

to see the list of countries and rates.

You should never assume service will work internationally....ALWAYS check service availability BEFORE you leave the country.  Turn off autopay until you return and check into local prepaid options in Lebanon.

I already cancelled the auto pay but still So frustrated not to redeem my money , but I really appreciate all your advices and your clear responses
