I bought an LG Ally back in October and exchanged it soon after because I didn't like it at all! I exchanged for the samsung intensity II which has been a great easy to use phone. I was expecting a refund back within 4-6 weeks. Unfortunately it is now January 2nd and I've been waiting since October 30th. Doesn't look like it's happening any time soon. Thanks a lot Verizon!
Have you called and asked about the status of your refund? How did you return the phone? Did you take it directly to a store or mail it back? Gather all of the documentation you have (reciepts, shipping labels, etc.) and dial *611 from your phone. Tell them that your return hasn't been processed and you want to know what the status is, they should be able to help you or put you through to someone who can.
