So, Verizon has been telling me that it could take up to 2 weeks (Next Tuesday) for them to simply open the package, see the device is there, and post a refund at the Fort Worth Warehouse ? Why?
The device was given to the warehouse last Tuesday by UPS and left with "guard" .
Also, why should I be stuck with a $50 restocking fee when it was the devices fault for not picking up signal as good as Moto E4 inside?
Why's it take so long for someone to simply open up a package at a warehouse? Need more employees ?
After checking with Facebook Team, and then making sure on the bank statement, they finally did post the refund.. Yet I didn't get the email about it, yet they knew when UPS picked up the package since I used the return label..
