I definitely want to make sure that we take the correct steps to get down to the bottom of this to ensure that you can use your device(s) with the network once again. Can you please describe what happens when you make a call, send a text message, and use data without the aid of Wi-Fi on your device(s)? What kind of device(s) do you have that this is happening on? Can you please share the zip code to the area that you are experiencing these issues in?
