Think i got ripped off

I buy 45$ card got data and all that jazz, and it is telling me my balance is $0.05..... Already shut off phone and restarted it, nothing was fixed... What is going on here?

On Prepaid you pay the service in advance. You pay the next 30 days, so the money it's already spent. Thats why your balance is cero.
