So this is the second time that during the high congestion times my data has been completely stopped. Not throttled, but altogether stopped. I "get" (don't agree since I am still paying you) limiting my data since I am on a pre-paid but completely halting my data? Time to look for a new service provider.
Who is this YOU you are paying since this is a cutemer to customer fourm. You are paying other cusotmers? Seems like you area is extermely congested. if so no matter what plan you had your speed would suffer. Good luck at your new carrier
Or maybe a better plan. Postpaid gets served first and costs about the same.
