Unable to Receive Calls

I'm not able to receive calls. At first i thought it was a porting issue with getting my number from a previous carrier but that was to be resolved and i still cannot receive calls.  what other options do i have?

Hi JacquieTAI! It is frustrating when a new phone isn't working correctly! My first suggestion would be to follow the steps outlined in our Troubleshooting Wizard. http://vz.to/12TLCsR Chances are, this will resolve the issue you are having with being unable to receive calls. I have a samsung galaxy legend. I did not see that in the list for
