Hi there! Bought a prepaid wireless plan and but have to give it up. (The SIM is not even activated yet.) Is there a way to cancel the plan and get refund? Thanks for any suggestions!
Hello, zhuo727. If a Prepaid account has been initialized, no refunds can be granted. We can take a closer look in to your service order to determine if we can refund your order. Please send us a Private Note to get started.
