***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Website Fail. Chargeback or fix?

Im having trouble understanding why my bill got charged 103.12 for a chargeback. I called verizon and they sent me here, which im not sure this would be help. I need to know why im being charged this big amount. Im not very pleased with Verizon service at the moment.
