"your system cannot find the required treatment ID number" call goes through but I have to listen to this garbage MESSAGE every time I make a call!

This is an easy fix if you can sign on to your Verizon prepaid account to make changes to your settings. Go to My Account > Profile & Settings > Phone Control. Set Messaging Level to "Low" and update. It worked immediately for me.
This also gets rid of that annoying "Amount of time you have available for this call: UNLIMITED" message that I thought was just a standard part of every call. This cuts 5 seconds of wasted time for every call.

I am also getting this message on my prepay account every time I make a call it just started yesterday and no one can figure it out what can I do to make it go away?

My account is prepaid. Other customers have reported the same problem on the verizon web community. This an extremely annoying issueHow do we get this fixed?

I did for 3 days and a total of 7 hours and no one knows what to do, no one has ever heard the message before, no one can do anything except maybe try a hard reset which was done and it didn't work either!!! I am tired of this [Removed]!!

I had this problem on my prepaid w iphone 6s. Agent had me reset network settings, turn off phone, remove sim. He then set my "announcements" to low in the system - i guess it was set to high.
