Why am I being over charged on my Pre-Paid?

It's very hard...or impossible to talk to a service person. Why am I being over charged ?

My auto-pay, pre-pay is supposed to be $30 a month. Why am I getting charged $60 +?

I really don't know what plan I have.

But I was told $30 a month pre-pay.

I'm set up on auto-pay now, but I still want to see the invoice....on line

As far as I understand, the prepaid plans don't have an invoice/bill you can access. If you need such, maybe switch to a postpaid account.
