Why couldn't I add funds?

I am on a prepaid plan.  I live in a rural area without Verizon coverage.  I attempted to add funds yesterday with a prepaid card but was not able to.  I added funds today but Verizon took my available balance because I as one day late added funds.  I am.  Anyone help?

you might need to call csr by dialing *611 for assistance

Can I please make a payment this is awful? you are inconveniencing my work and this issue needs to be resolved.

I am having the same issue. I have several prepaid cards I want to add, however I'm getting an error on both the website and the mobile app... "You have reached the maximum number of requests. Try again in 24 hours."  I received this message the first time I tried to load the card.  The help desk informed me that they're having a system issue and that I should try again in 24 hours.  I don't have alot of confidence in either site to properly take my card.
