Why don't Verizon treat ALL customers as Equals?

I am going to switch my whole families carrier for christmas. I want to know why prepay customers dont have the ability to View ALL OF THE DETAILS ON OUR USAGE SUMMARY? I WANT TO KNOW WHO I WAS TALKING TO NOT JUST THE DATE AND TIME. WE AS CUSTOMERS ARE THE REASON YOU HAVE A JOB! WITH OUT US YOU ARE THE NEXT SPRINT! CANT YOU JUST ADD THE PHONE NUMBER IN THE USAGE DETAILS FOR SENT AND RECEIVED MESSAGES OR DO OUR WANTS NEEDS AND OPINIONS MATTER LESS BECAUSE WE DO NOT HAVE A CONTRACT? WILL THIS EVER BE FIXED IF SO WHEN?

A) Use regular type not this large all caps junk.

B) Actually pre-paid is a very small part of Verizon's business. And face it as pre-paid you can leave anytime. Obviously a customer on a contract which is basically guaranteed income for Verizon for 2 years is more valuable.

Verizon can do just fine without pre-paid customers. If they were that worried about pre-paid they wouldn't price their pre-paid service higher than everyone else. If you like Verizon so much why go pre-paid anyway?

Prepaid is a good way to keep the kids from going over the usage and putting the parents in the poor house. Once your balance hits zero you don't get to use the cell. Also not everyone needs a cell phone 24 7 just are used just for emergency or texting so prepaid is excellent for that. I can afford to have a long term contract phone but I have been a prepaid user for years long before they went digital so its a matter of choice.  I hope Verizon keeps the pre paid plans forever.

Not on their smartphone pre-paid plans

Simply pay $80 upfront to enjoy unlimited talk, messaging and 2GB of data on your prepaid 3G smartphone plan. If you go over your 2GB allowance in those 30 days, just pay 5¢ per MB or purchase an extra 1GB of data for $20 when your data balance reaches 100MB or lower.
