I activated my verizon prepaid sim 12 days back and have not received any service yet.
I have a Moto X device, I also tried the sim on a nokia feature phone with no results.
The customer service number was totally useless as I wasn't able to talk to a real person.
I have restarted the device and multiple times and even fiddled with access points.
How do I debug this issue and get a verizon person look at this problem ?
