Wrong Plan?

I signed up for $45 a month Prepaid and when I received my phone the receipt says I have an Americas Choice 400 Anytime P2 1 yr plan, and there is an early termination fee of 350. How is this possible? When I call they tell me they only see the Prepaid plan. When I check in on my phone it shows the prepaid plan, so why did the receipt show something different? Should I ignore this or what? Thanks

I'd check my account in My Verizon and look at the plan details.  If nothing else, you can change the plan online yourself so that when you autopay or set up the next payment you can begin a new plan.  There is no ETF and you can change plans anytime on prepaid.
