So, long story short, I had 3 extra lines on my account and we all know that Verizon forces you to pay your bills a month in advance.  When the contracts ended last month, I disconnected all lines.  My billing cycle runs from the 9th to the 8th of each month, so because they were cancelled on the 26th, I was credited $10 per line for the 26th through the 8th and was told by 3 different representatives that the additional $40.00 per month per line ($120 total) would be credited when my next bill fell.  Also I switched to the More Everything Plan and was quoted $225 per month, included data and phones.

Not only did Verizon not credit me the $120.00 paid in advance for the 3 lines disconnected, my bill is $281.00 per month, not the $225 promised.  I have called Verizon at least 10 times over the past 3 weeks and was told every time that they would correct the over billing and that I would be credited the over payment.  They lied to me just long enough for the 14 day return window to expire and now they are telling me to go fly a kite and threatening me with early termination fees.  It gets better too, not only did they over charge me, lie to me and steal money for services not rendered, they once again pro-rated my bill a month and a half, so now I am TWO MONTHS IN ADVANCE.  So, what should have been a $300.00 bill because there was sales taxe in the new phone is a $544 bill!!!! 

What has happened to Verizon?!  A year ago they repeatedly over billed me for data (like $500 per month over bill) and the only way I could get them to fix it and admit their mistakes was to file a complaint with the BBB 3 months in a row.
