I would really like to talk to a live person, but all numbers given on Verizon site have numerous options for possible questions i may have....except for the question i have!!! I try pressing 0 as was suggested by friends, family, websites, etc... the computer voice says " we are sorry you are having problems...goodbye".
Please...help me. The Verizon website does not recognize my phone number when I try to register on My Verizon. I do not know my account number. I am trying to get auto pay set up with my bank but I cant do it without that info. I have a pre-paid account
