i have a prepaid phone and i dont see any phone numbers on my usage details, or times....just sms and n/a can i change this so i can view incoming and outgoing numbers that call and text
I checked mine statement and it only shows the Outbound calls and not inbound. You can go to the Menu screen on your cell and click on Recent Calls, pick one of the items (Missed Calls, Received, Dialed, or All, View Timers ) and it will show you the number and when the call was placed and how many min. you used.
im sorry,i wasnt clear on my problem.i want see the phone numbers when i go to www.verizon.com on my home computer and when i check the phone usage , then go to text messages, it does not show any information such as the phone numbers that were texted and incoming phone numbers, nor times
Prepaid does not give you that information, it does give you the number that is from verizon to verson but no other info online and it does not give information about the text messages just what you sent and received and the date.
With Prepaid, seeing the phone number on your inbound calls is not available. However, if you request that information with a subpoena, then Verizon will be able to provide that. (That would if you needed your call records for a court case, and then your lawyer could request that information with a subpoena).
