I am wanting to get my htc desire 530 that is through verizon wireless prepaid phone unlocked so i can switch to cricket  so i need help doing that can u help me do that cricket said to call talk to verizon to get my phone unlocked so we could do that

i looked and it did say my phone was locked

As long as you've met the requirements of having completed 12 months of prepaid service/payments with your HTC Verizon can unlock the phone for you if you call 888-294-6804 to make the request
