I recently got a new phone.  Anyone ever sending me pictures has never been a problem.  Now, from one person only when ever they send a photo or video it comes thru as a pix-flix.  How do I open this up and how much does this cost.

You need to log into www.vzwpix.com

 

Go to Manage Album which is in the lower right hand corner.

 

Then choose messages from teh tabs across the top. The pic will be there

On the phone itself it does cost....25 cents per message (without a plan).

Is my first time online to look for pix place- Did I overlook it? I've searched and searched - can't find it to access the photos I sent there....help!

Make sure you are logged into your account and at the top of the page click messaging and in there go under manage your photo album and that's where the pictures end up.  Mary
