If I have time left on my contract and if I change to prepaid, will I have to pay for the remaining contract time?
I don't think you will be eligible to move your line from postpaid to prepaid service until you are out of contract. If they do allow it, you will have to pay an ETF on the line, which could be as much as $350. The best way to find out what is possible and what fees will be involved is to call CS using the numbers given in the blue "Contact Us" link at the top right of this page.
