Have an activated USB760 for prepaid mobile broadband service. I had it activated and it worked fine a couple of months ago. I need to use it again now and I want to prepay for another week. When I connect, it shows that usage is maxed and it is passed the expiration date, but it stays connected (but with no Internet access). When I click Get Access, on the VZAccess Manager, it times out and says it cannot connect to the VZAccess website.
So, is my only option to pay for more time to call customer service?
If you are unable to connect to the VZAccess Manager to purchase more time, the only other option is to contact Prepaid Customer Service at 800-786-8419. I apologize for the inconvenience.
You said you haven't used it in a few months, have you kept your cell up to date by adding more money every 30 days or 90 days etc, depending on how much you add to the prepaid card. The cell payment and Broadband payment are two different payments. Just a thought.
