prepaid phone plan problem

i have a prepaid moto g and i was on the unlimited talk, text and 500 mb of data and i was look on the prepaid section of the site and noticed that there was a new plan that has unlimited talk, text and 1gb of data. so i logged on to my account and switched to it that plan. and now im out of service and its is saying that i have insufficient funds so am i going to have to pay another 45 bucks to get my service back? i just auto paid six days ago.

Hello,

If you change your plan by yourself you lost the payment, call 888-294-6804 a CS rep can help you with that.

ah! and update your autopay day
