Entering the refill card code results in Verizon's response, "invalid format".
I suspect that I may be missing numbers because the coating seems designed for peeling, not scratching off.
The retailer who sells the card, Walmart, will not help me.
Verizon Support will not help.
My question is; Since I have paid for a card which is unredeemable, therefore no loss to Walmart or Verizon, why can't I get a replacement card or a refund?
