I have been a Verizon customer for years...today decided to make the switch to Straight talk, which uses Verizon towers, so I figures I'd be okay. They told me it would take 4 hours to transport number to new phone, but instead it was done instantly. Unfortunately, I was counting on the 4 hours so I could email myself pictures of my mother and grandson that I had on the phone. Not to mention the numerous contacts I had in my phone as well. My mother just passed away unexpectedly couple of weeks ago, and I am heartbroken to lose those pictures...you have no idea. I didn't have a micro ship, and I am being told there is no way to have the pictures and contacts transferred over not that my number is active with straight talk and not Verizon. Please help and tell me I can retrieve my mom's pictures.
Do you still have the Verizon phone in your possession? If so they can be transferred to your computer via USB cable.
