Looks like you'll be pleasing all the drug dealers, terrorists and child slave traders out there since no one else in their right mind would be on a MORE expensive plan AND pay the full price for these high end devices.

Unless you only need service for a few months, want to let your service lapse occasionally, or you have bad credit and don't want to pay a large security deposit.
