Sometimes V's verification attempt is a security question and I can acces my jetpack account on line BUT othertimes they only verify with a code....!!!....sent to my jetpack #.....!!!!....WHAT GOOD IS THAT?!

Your account security is a top priority to us, kirtsmith. We still however, want you to be able to able to access your account when needed. Some Jetpack devices have the option to receive a text message. If you are not able to answer your secret question a text message will be sent. If your device does not receive text message, we can send the temporary password by mail. What is the make and model of your Jetpack? Do you have any other lines on your account?
