My plan is $1.99 unlimited call for a dummy phone as I do not make much phone calls. Recently I noticed that there are some weird charges on my call history. That is my google voice number and I never called my self regularly at that time around 5:50pm on Wednesday.
Today the earliest date on the history is 2/18/2015, I don't know whether there is such kind of weird charges before 2/18/2015. I believe that as Verizon is the largest provider, you must be checking on it to protect your customs.

Do you have call forwarding active to your Google Voice number?
This could be some sort of reminder that you are someone else set up to call Wednesday's at 5:50 PM daylight time or 6:50 PM standard time. Since your phone is off at this time, the incoming call doesn't get counted, but the outgoing forward call will get counted. I suspect the only way to figure out the mystery is have your phone on this coming Wednesday at 5:50 PM and see who or what calls you.

I've never forwarded my Verizon # to google voice.
Actually I'm forwarding my google voice to my cell phone in order to answer it anywhere.
And the such weird charges just start recently, may be earlier but later than my last account refill at the end of August 2014. From my account balance, you may know I've been your custom for a long time.
