***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. wrong payment date

I'm a new costumer since last month.

My number was transferred from AT&T at 10/31, but somehow you started charging my plan at 10/27.

Please contact me and fix this issue.

You should contact the customer service number to ask the VZW reps there. It is 1-800-922-0204 from a landline or *611 from your phone. As this is a peer to peer community forum, no one here has access to anyone's account except our own.
