I purchased a pre-paid Samsung Intensity 3 that included $10 free airtime, at time of purchase I also added $30 of airtime. I started up the phone yesterday and my acct is just showing the $30. Theres no info on what you have to do to get the free airtime or if it just would show up but it mentions it on the internet and also on the box that you get it, any info for me?

All I saw on the website was the note "This device includes a one-time addition of airtime to your prepaid account." You might want to contact Customer Service and ask (this is a customer-to-customer forum):

Tikibart is right contact customer service at 1-888-294-6804 and they will add the $10.00, the same thing happened to me when I ordered my phone through verizon online, just call and they will add it to your balance.
