Shows 4G LTE but little to no data, happened a few months ago. After time on phone it was restored, seemed to be on Verizons end. Having to use wifi now. Now it's happened again, any body else having same problem
Spent an hour on phone with rep trying to fix the phone that has little to no data. Could not get to work properly. Drove down the road less than 8 miles and received 5G and worked great. Came back home same problem , 4G and data trickling in. Can't convince verizon that its something with there end, maybe tower. Every thing shows ok on there system. Could stop by verizon store and see if they can do anything. Anybody have same problem
