Yesterday I went online and did the bring your own phone. I activated the phone following the prompts from the internet and the phone. I wanted the 50.00 unlimited plan like Verizon sells at walmart. My son recently did this with a new Verizon phone out of the box. But I did everything online. I payed the 50.00 online.
Tonight however my phone is telling me that I have insufficient funds. I looked online at my account and it has been charging me by the minute.
Whats the deal. Why is it charging me by the minute and not giving my their new 50.00 plan? And how can this be fixed?
