PLEASE FIX THE ISSUE I JUST ADDED ON 9/5/15 A 45$ UNLIMITED TALK AND TEXT WITH 1 G DATA BUT I GET AND EXTRA GIGABYTE FOR ENROLLMENT IN AUTOPAY .NOW IT SAYS I HAVE A 0$ BALANCE AND NEED TO REFILL.

You should contact the prepaid customer service at *611 from your phone and ask them about the balance of your account.

As soon as you put money on the account, say $45 to cover a $45 plan, the balance comes to $0. You need to have $45 min by the time autopay drafts again. The extra 1GB will be added after the first successful auto payment is made.
