For my prepaid account, I am now just an "Account Member". I would like to become an "Account Owner" so that I can set up access to Verizon Cloud and then access photos on my computer that I receive by text at my Samsung SCH-u430 "camera" phone.

These instructions would only apply to the post paid account. I would recommend reaching out to our prepaid department at (888) 294-6804.
