Thank you for your inquiry. Adding to what was said, there is a way to reset your online account password. Please use this link to the website and enter your number as it will walk you through prompts. There is a box to the right of the screen saying if your can't remember your security question, you can still gain access to your account. We can send a text message to your cell phone with a temporary password. Be sure to have your cell phone turned on. If you have a texting block, the new account password will be sent to you via US mail in 5 to 7 days.

Are you talking about your online account? You can put in your e mail address then put when it comes back it will ask if you forgot your password and they will e mail it to you. If your talking about your cell they usually don't ask for a secret question they just ask for your password. You can call Customer Service at 1-888-294-6804 and they can reset your password or secret questions, you will have to answer a few questions first.

You are commenting on a thread regarding not being able to access your My Verizon account because you don't remember the security question. Is this the same problem you're having? If so, the only way to get back into your account would be to reset your My Verizon password. When following the steps in that link, were you able to get back into your online My Verizon account? I am having a similar issue. I was able to log in using my security question. Then it switched to just when on my home WiFi. Now I can’t login at all unless it sends me a text or email. That just gives me one time access. Is there a way to login using your ID/number, password and answer the security question?
