Have a $70 balance on my pre-paid account; changed providers last week, and Verizon CS says the balance (seen by CS today) is "lost" when an account is closed. Why is MY money being kept by Verizon? It was my money when the account was open, then it becomes Verizon's? How do I obtain a refund?
