I bought me a Apple iPhone 7 and a Sim Card but I have a question. When activation online. Do I give them IMEI on the box that the phone came in or the Sim Card number or both? I have prepaid service and I click on change device and it says: Enter your new device ID. Is that IMEI number or Sim Card number?

Yes give your IMEI number. It is a 16 digit number.
