Added too much credit

I recently got a good deal on prepaid air time cards from a store that was giving a discount on them. My friend made the mistake of adding almost all of them to our account. We now have nearly seven months worth of credit on the account and just found out credits expire from your account 90 days after being added.

I'm hoping that I can somehow concert these back into prepaid cards I can keep and then add as needed, or just the expiration lifted as I am a loyal Verizon customer.
