Finally at 12:01am Monday 13 2014 this morning I programed my phone and the prepaid system is up and gave me 1gb data for using up my data to call out. Next time hope the'll keep us in mind and let us know when the system gets back up and running. Txs Verizon for the extra data I used to call out wit my calling app and my friend and in Texas doing good full recovery by the weekend.

Your lucky.. I'm still unable to use either of my phones and was just spent another few hours in a store with the manager who called a Verizon Operations Manager and they still couldn't figure out what the issue is..

What I've done every hr I dialed STAR 22890 and keep programing so after 12 midnight this morning I diialed STAR 228 now working can call out ant text again. Did u try that? If not keep telling at them 🙂

Yah, they told me to keep trying to activate the phone (*228/*22898/*22890) every hour and I still have had no success.
