Where do I go for help with my [Removed] service? I'm tired of only having a half bar and lately 3G more than 4G. Calling customer service is a waste of time. There is nothing wrong with my phone so don't even go there.

36539 is my zip code but I am actually located in four points, Alabama and
not in a low lying area.
My phone is a HTC Desire 526 and works fine when there is a good signal.
My problems have been going on for months and only getting worse. Even Data
is 3G more than 4G lately.
Seems that when an electrical storm passes through is when this usually
happens and my service is bad for months after that. I usually have around
3 bars in this location but have only had a half bar that sometimes will go
to a bar and a half at best. Dropping calls left and right and that's when
I am lucky enough to even receive or make one to start with.
I've been very patient but I'm at the end of my rope. If this can't be
resolved soon I will have no choice but to change carriers.

BlaneBlane, we definitely appreciate your business and want to figure this out. There are definitely no known issues in your area. 3G speeds can be such a nuisance. Let's figure out why this is happening. Are others having the same issues? Are you having issues with calls or texts? Have you made any changes to your device lately?

Yes others in the area are having trouble. Most have gone back to at&t
Text usually works OK. People tell me that they try to call me all the time
and get a message that I have no service. Business calls dropped yesterday
several times.
No changes to my device.
How often do y'all check your equipment on the Towers in this area?
