AFAIK Alcatel phones are NOT compatible with the Verizon Wireless network.

Prepay service with us is a great way to keep costs low but know you have an awesome network backing you. There are particular devices that are set up to work with our prepay services. In most cases, as long as it’s been active on a post pay account for a minimum of 6 months, it can be activated. However, with this being a non-vzw device, that may pose a new set of worries. I would recommend checking with our prepay team directly about this. You can reach them at 888-294-6804.
