Can my balance from my old phone be transfered to my new phone

I will upgrade from a Samsung Smooth to a LG Smart phone.Will my prepaid credit be transferred to my new phone?

Great question nolen1945! I have answers. If you are staying with a prepaid plan, then you credit will be applied to your new Prepaid Smartphone Plan. And if you convert from a preaid plan to a postpay plan then your credit can't be applied to the account. We will be happy to assist you with the conversion to your new phone.
