I have a Motorola Bionic and looking to upgrade to an IPhone. I want to give my Bionic to my granddaughter, but on a pre-paid account with a new number. Is this possible?

The Motorola DROID Bionic is a 4G LTE smartphone and can't be activated on a prepaid plan. Prepaid is restricted to 3G CDMA smartphones.
