I’ve never had a business make it so hard to pay them. It’s crazy that I have to go through hours of trouble just to give people my money. I called and was told my phone number is not associated with an account and that it was prepaid. They had me call 8882946840 and I was immediately met with a voice message saying that I did not have a # that associated with their account (which duh that’s why I was told to call this number) and then the voice message tells me to dial a different # which then takes me to my internet service provider bill which is not what I need. I’m just trying to pay for an iPad I had bought for school. Why is that so difficult? I had heard the account # is your phone # but it’s not for me. I see the last 4 digits of it in the initial email and it’s completely random.
