Hello, I have an unlocked iPhone 6. I bought the $40 prepaid 3GB plan. I can make calls but I cannot surf the internet. how can this be solved.

Thank you for reaching out to us. If you go into your settings, down to reset. Look for reset network settings. Once this has been done, give it another, and try to let us know how it goes.
