Can’t add money to my prepaid account

I keep trying to add money to my prepaid account and says I can’t add any more money this month.   How doI fix this so I can add funds please.

Here are some options to get your account paid. You can call the prepaid department to have them help you make a payment.

Hours of Operation
Mon-Sat8:00AM - 7:00PM ETSun8:00AM - 5:00PM ET. You can dial #PYMT on your device, or just call 611 as well. If neither on these work you can go to a Corp store, and pay there as well.
