I have a Samsung Galaxy A01 prepaid Verizon phone. I recently added data using a prepaid card on the 3rd of January. However, I have been unable to make phone calls or check my voicemail. Instead my phone immediately takes me to automated customer service when I try to make a phone call. When people try to call me they receive a message stating the phone call is restricted. Please help and Thank you.
